Chief Administrative Officer
Timothy L. Davis
Timothy L. Davis is an esteemed member of Nineline Board of Directors. He is a U. S. Navy Veteran with 13 years of active service.
Working as a Nurse, Tim continues to give back to all populations under his leadership and care.
As an advocate for veterans Tim works hard to see that Nineline upholds the standards and meets the goals to support our nation’s veterans!
Chief Operations Officer
Jesse McAdam
Jesse A. McAdam joined the NineLine Veteran Services Board of Directors in July 2022. He is a U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of combined service in both active duty and the Army Reserve. Since 2017, he has continued to serve in the Army Reserve, where he currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His career includes a variety of leadership, operational, and administrative roles supporting mission readiness at the unit and organizational levels.
A lifelong advocate for veterans, Jesse is committed to advancing NineLine’s mission to serve and empower those who have worn the uniform.

Tony Dayton
Tony Dayton is a combat veteran who proudly served in Iraq from 2005 to 2006. After overcoming his own personal challenges following service, Tony has dedicated the past 12 years to supporting and advocating for fellow veterans. His lived experience and in-depth knowledge of the process allow him to guide veterans with compassion, authenticity, and a clear understanding of the unique struggles they face.
By day, Tony serves his community as a mortgage broker, helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. By evening, he continues his mission as a veteran advocate with NineLine Veteran Services, ensuring that those who served receive the support, respect, and opportunities they deserve.

Shawn Durnen
Shawn Durnen is a U.S. Army combat veteran, nonprofit founder, and tireless advocate for the military community. After facing his own battles with PTSD and homelessness following service in Iraq, he turned hardship into purpose—co-founding NineLine Veteran Services and growing it into a network supporting veterans and families across 44 states.
With a background in psychology and business, Shawn leads with empathy and resilience, building veteran-led programs that are both compassionate and proven to work. His vision is simple but powerful: replace cycles of isolation with community, stability, and hope—so every veteran’s story is honored, and their future holds real possibility.

Darcy Copeland
Darcy Copeland, veteran, nurse, and community heartbeat is a compassionate healthcare professional and driving force for helping families overcome challenges and fostering confidence, nurturing families through her education and empathetic care.
Beyond the clinic, Darcy serves on the board of NineLine Veteran Services, where she channels her expertise and passion into supporting veterans and their families. Her commitment to both maternal health and veteran advocacy reflects a life devoted to making a meaningful impact in her community.
